I had the amazing opportunity to visit this restaurant and indeed all the other fabulous places in Norway that I got to see because of my travelling companion Heather who researched so diligently. Without her hard work I would certainly have missed all the best stuff. She booked all the trips and decided which were the best things to do, what a champion. perhaps she might change jobs and become a tour guide/organiser. They even made the Heather Honey ice-cream in her name!

Bricoche and 5 seed bread
Caramelised butter and sweet butter (not salted)
King crab from the Barents sea with red currants, flax seeds and nasturtium leaves grown in a hydroponic cabinet in the restaurant!
Pork strips with mashed potatoes and crisps with sugar snap peas
Arctic Char with sour apple cubes and apple and dill sauce
Gooseberry compote with yoghurt palate-cleanser
Baby goat with slow cooked jerusalem artichokes and lovage sauce
Heather honey ice-cream with Rhubarb spherical sponge-cake, honeycomb and roasted sunflower seeds
Chocolates – extra to the menu, other tables were not given any!
